Mercedes C-Class

1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Previously it is necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.

Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of a radio receiver if that is available, address to the Section Replacement of the storage battery.

2. Unlock a car door the ignition key. During the subsequent work keep a door condition the unlocked.

3. Open a door and disconnect a sealing tape (1) at height of the handle of a door from a door frame.

4. Enter into an opening (2) screw-driver and unscrew the small Torx screw.

5. Pull the handle of a door (1) and keep it in this situation. Thus take out the lock (2) cylinder.

6. Disunite the socket (3) cylinders of the lock and remove the cylinder.

7. Uncover (1) the lock cylinder.

8. Pull the door handle back (an arrow on an illustration) and take out it from the forward holder.

9. Disconnect the handle from the back holder (2) and remove from a door.
10. Remove sealing laying for the door handle.

2. Insert the handle in the forward holder, thus press the handle forward.
3. Pull the handle and keep it in this situation and insert thus the lock cylinder with a cover.

If the condition of unlocking was broken, previously put the lock with an emergency key by turn counter-clockwise in situation "openly".

4. Screw the Torx screw and fix the cylinder to a door.
5. Fix a sealing tape at a door frame.
6. Attach a negative cable (-) to a battery battery room at the switched-off ignition. Establish into place a box of the filter of air of salon. Enter a code of a radio receiver and establish time on hours.
7. Check operation of the mechanism of locking of a door.

At erroneous blocking of the uniform lock if necessary return back settings of a control panel.
