 Attention! At removal of the battery the memories given from electronic blocks, in particular, a radio receiver code are erased. Without a code the radio receiver can be included only by his manufacturer or HUNDRED Mercedes-Benzs.


 Remarks: When welding the zinced sheets poisonous oxide of zinc is formed. Therefore it is necessary to watch good ventilation of a workplace.

Increase a welding current by 10, at most 30 %.

Apply electrodes from firm copper with high thermal firmness (above + 400°С).

Clear electrodes more often and process them till diameter of a contact surface of 4 mm.


Increase pressure upon an electrode.

Increase welding time. Time is chosen truly if welding points are put without splashes.

The details of the conditioner filled with a coolant, it is impossible to weld and solder both soft, and firm solder. It belongs also to a situation when there is a danger of heating of elements of the conditioner during the welding or the soldering of other elements of a design.
