General information

General view of RKPP

716.6 belongs to the class completely synchronized 2-вальных 6-step check points with one reverse gear, received wide application on rear-wheel cars (both petrol, and diesel). Four versions of 6-step boxes calculated under a torque from 250 to 400 Nanometer are issued.

6-step RKPP 716.6

1 — Primary shaft of a check point
2 — the Synchronizing ring of 5/6 transfers
3 — the Shaft
4 — the Loose leaf of the bearing of a backing
5 — an inclusion Cam
6 — an inclusion Axis
7 — the Flange of connection with the driveshaft

Elements RKPP

1 — the Entrance shaft
2 — the Main shaft
3 — the Intermediate shaft
4 — the Forward case
5 — the Back case
6 — Vyzhimnoye the coupling device
7 — Mnogokonusny the synchronizer of switching 1/2
8 — Mnogokonusny the synchronizer of switching 3/4
9 — the Gear wheel of the 1st transfer
10 — the Gear wheel of the 2nd transfer
11 — the Gear wheel of the 3rd transfer
12 — the Gear wheel of the 4th transfer
13 — the Gear wheel of the 5th transfer
14 — the Gear wheel of the 6th transfer
15 — the Gear wheel of a reverse gear
16 — the Central rod of switching
17 — the Module of internal switching
18 — the Intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear

Competent use of the 6th transfer allows to achieve essential economy of fuel consumption at the expense of decrease in working turns of the engine. In view of design features.

6-step transmissions have bigger weight, than 5-step.

The box perceives a torque from the engine by means of usual coupling of the dry type equipped with the automatic jack of wear. The transmission has a tight design and is filled with transmission oil not needing replacement.

Accuracy and ease of switchings of transmission having a short course is reached by the following features of a design:

· Shtokovo-trosovoye execution of a drive of switching;
· Application of the central rod of switching fixed in needle bearings;
· Use of mnogokonusny synchronizers of switchings of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th transfers;
· Complete synchronization of a reverse gear.

Assemblies with shaft are located with Reduktornye between two bearing planes. The third bearing plane used in earlier 5-step boxes in this design is eliminated.

The two-section separate case is made of an easy alloy and pressurized by means of a special liquid compound.

The entrance shaft (1) is fixed in a flywheel by means of the directing bearing, and a transmission case - by means of the ball bearing with a profound flute. Main (2) and entrance (1) shaft are jointed among themselves in the general plane of a case of transmission and fixed by means of ball bearings with a profound flute.

The intermediate shaft (3) has the facilitated hollow design and is fixed in the roller coupling and the ball bearing with a profound flute.

In view of the minimum production admissions of semi-cases and gear wheels, and also at the expense of use of roller couplings, need for adjustment axial люфтов shaft disappears.

Movings of the lever of gear shifting are transferred through drafts to a box. The box can be removed without engine removal. To remove a box it is necessary at coupling removal, at replacement of a box or its repair. It is not recommended to carry out box repair in house conditions. Management of RKPP is described in Head the Operation manual.
