Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the transmission case from the hydrotransformer case.
2. Remove multidisk couplings К1, К2 and К3.
3. Remove up two visible teflon rings (42b) from a target shaft.
4. Remove a lock ring (42f), laying (42е), the persistent needle bearing (42d) and persistent laying (42с) from a target shaft.
5. Remove coupling К3 (44).
6. Remove a back hollow shaft (45) from a target shaft.
7. Remove the back block of planetary gear wheels (43) with the built-in hollow shaft, the central block of planetary gear wheels from a target shaft.
8. Remove persistent laying (43а).
9. Remove multidisk brake В1 and the oil pump.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish persistent laying (43а) a cuff in the direction to водилу.
2. Establish the back block of planetary gear wheels (43) with the built-in hollow shaft, the central block of planetary gear wheels on a target shaft.
3. Grease and establish three bottom teflon rings (42b) in a groove so that they were established together.
4. Establish a back hollow shaft (45) on a target shaft. Check sealing rings on a hollow shaft and replace them if it is necessary.
5. Establish couplings К3.
6. Establish a lock ring, laying, the persistent needle bearing and persistent laying.
7. Grease and establish two top teflon rings (42b) in a groove so that they were established together.
8. Check an axial gap between laying (42е) and a lock ring (42f). It should make 0.15 - 0.6 mm. Adjust a gap by means of laying (42е). Thickness of laying: 3.0, 3.4 and 3.7 mm.
9. Establish multidisk couplings К1, К2 and К3.
