Removal and installation of multidisk brake В1 and oil pump

1 — the hydrotransformer Case
6 — the Multidisk brake (В1)
6а — Bolts М6х32 (11 pieces)
7 — the Oil pump
7а — Bolts М8х35 (7 pieces)
8 — the Intermediate plate

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove multidisk couplings К1, К2 and К3.
2. Unscrew bolts (7а) and remove the oil pump (7). Unscrew two opposite bolts in the case of the oil pump and take the oil pump from the hydrotransformer case, slightly tapping with a plastic hammer.
3. Unscrew bolts (6а) and take multidisk brake В1 (6) of the hydrotransformer case. Unscrew two opposite bolts in multidisk brake В1 and take it from the hydrotransformer case, slightly tapping with a plastic hammer.
4. Disconnect an intermediate plate (8) from the hydrotransformer (1) case.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish an intermediate plate (8) on the hydrotransformer (1) case. An intermediate plate (8) it can be used several times.
2. Wrap bolts of fastening of multidisk brake В1 (6) in the hydrotransformer (1) case. The adjusting provision of multidisk brake В1 concerning the case of the hydrotransformer is defined by a directing finger on multidisk brake В1 (shooter).
3. Establish the oil pump (7) and tighten bolts of its fastening.

4. Establish multidisk couplings К1, К2 and К3. On an illustration the oil channel E for coupling К1 is shown.
