Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring (134а).

2. Remove the block of disks of brake В2 (134) and a disk spring (134b) from an external support of brake В2.
3. Establish a stripper (074) on a disk spring (29) and compress it until the groove for a lock ring will not be released.
4. Remove a lock ring (31).
5. Remove a spring plate (30) and a disk spring (29).
6. Disconnect directing ring (28) pistons and the piston of brake В2 (27) from the B3 piston (14а), having submitted the compressed air to an opening of D (address to an accompanying illustration).
7. Press directing ring (28) from the B2 piston (27).
8. Remove directing (32) from the B3 piston (14а), having submitted the compressed air to an opening And.


Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish directing (32) and the B3 piston (14а) in the correct situation. For this purpose, insert directing (32) into the case of transmission (2) and tighten. Press an external support of brake В2 (14а) against the stop in directing (32). Bore on shlitsa or cut on an external support of brake В2 (14а) should be directed down (arrow).
2. Insert the piston of brake В2 (27) into the piston of brake В3 (14а). The rounded-off ends of sealing rings (14с), (28а) and (28b) should be directed outside Rounded-off end of a sealing ring (14d) should be directed in inside (address to an accompanying illustration 17.1).
3. Insert directing ring (28) pistons. The valve (137) in a directing ring of the piston should be from above.
4. Insert a disk spring (29) and a spring plate (30).
5. Establish a stripper (074) on a disk spring (29) and compress it until the groove for a lock ring will not be released.
6. Insert a lock ring (31).
7. Insert a disk spring (134b) and the block of disks (134) on an external support of brake В2.
8. Establish disks of brake В3 together in an order presented on an illustration (109) and insert them in turn.
9. Establish a press (078) on an external disk (70с).
10. Compress the block of disks by means of a press against the stop while the otmetochny ring will not be visible (a small arrow).
11. Measure a gap of L in three points between a lock ring (144а) and an external disk (134а). Size of gaps in a multidisk brake (В2) are provided in the table.

12. Adjust a gap a lock ring (144а) if it is necessary. Thickness of a lock ring: 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm.
13. Establish a lock ring (134a).
