Removal and generator installation The car has the generator of a three-phase alternating current. Depending on model and the equipment generators of various capacity can be established.
|
|
If subsequently on the car electric devices with high electricity consumption are established, it is necessary to check, whether the capacity of the available generator is sufficient. If necessary it is necessary to establish the new generator of higher capacity. |
The alternating voltage created by the generator, will be transformed by rectifier diodes to constant tension by which the charge of the storage battery is made. The regulator changes a charge current so that working tension irrespective of number of turns remained to constants.

The generator can be replaced. The damaged generator upon purchase of the repaired or new generator is set off. Therefore take away the failed generator with itself. |
Petrol engines 111, 112
Removal
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Previously it is necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.
|
|
Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of a radio receiver if that is available, address to the Section Replacement of the storage battery.
Do not connect the auxiliary power supply. |
2. Engine 111: Remove the case of the air filter, address to the Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
3. Engine 112: Remove the channel of absorption of air on the party of the forward passenger.
4. Remove maple a belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
5. Remove a protective cover (4) and disconnect thick (In +) a wire (1) from the plug 30.

6. Disconnect (D +) a wire (2) from the plug 61. |
7. Turn out bolts of fastening (3). Remove the remote plug of the top bolt and take out the generator upward from an impellent compartment. |
|
Installation
|
|
|
1. Establish the generator on a place and fix it the moment 42Нм.
|
|
Pay attention to the remote plug of the top bolt of fastening. |
2. Fix a wire on the plug (In +) the generator the effort specified in Specifications.
3. Put on the plug 30 a protective cap.
4. Fix on the generator (D +) a wire the moment 5Нм.
5. Put on maple a belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
6. Engine 111: Establish the case of the air filter, address to the Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
7. Engine 112: Establish the channel of absorption of air.
8. Attach a weight cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Establish into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of a radio receiver and establish time on hours. |

Diesel engines
Removal
|
|
|
1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Previously it is necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.
|
|
Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of a radio receiver if that is available, address to the Section Replacement of the storage battery.
Do not connect the auxiliary power supply. |
2. Uncover the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
3. Remove maple a belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
4. Remove the channel and a hose of absorption of air from the forward passenger.
5. Disconnect a collar and a hose of forced air from a turbokompressor pipe.
6. Turn out 3 bolts of fastening and remove a pipe.
7. Lift and establish on supports a forward part of the car.
8. Uncover the bottoms, address to the Section engine Check by means of the vacuum gage.
9. Merge liquid from a radiator, address to the Section Replacement of cooling liquid - general comments.
10. Disconnect from the generator the pipeline of a supply of cooling liquid.
11. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability of a forward suspension bracket, address also to Head the Suspension bracket and a steering.
12. Remove a protective cover and disconnect a thick wire (In +) from the plug 30 (1).

13. Disconnect a wire (D +) from the plug 61 (2). |
14. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening and take aside the pipeline of a high pressure of a steering.
15. Turn out 3 bolts of fastening and remove the holder.
16. Turn out bolts of fastening (3) and take out the generator down from an impellent compartment. |

Installation
|
|
|
1. Establish the generator on a place and fix it bolts the moment 20Нм. Thus replace laying between a flange of the case of a radiator and an engine case.
2. Fix the pipeline of a supply of cooling liquid on the generator, replace thus a sealing ring.
3. Fix the holder.
4. Fix the pipeline of a high pressure of a steering.
5. Fix a wire (In +) the moment 14Нм on the generator and put on a protective cap the plug 30.
6. Fix on the generator a wire (D +).
7. Establish into place the stabilizer.
8. Fill system with cooling liquid, address to the Section Replacement of cooling liquid - general comments.
9. Establish a bottom cover, address to the Section engine Check by means of the vacuum gage.
10. Lower the car on wheels.
11. Fix a pipe of forced air on a turbokompressor and attach a hose.
12. Establish into place the channel and a hose of absorption of air.
13. Put on maple a belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt.
14. Establish an engine cover, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
15. Attach a weight cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Establish into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of a radio receiver and establish time on hours. |
