Engine 112
Removal
|

|
1. Remove the top facing of the engine at both boxes of the air filter and at the holder.
2. Remove the left and right goffered hoses.
3. Remove the lower part of the filter from covers of a head of cylinders.
4. Release soaking-up pipe at executive body of a butterfly valve.
5. Remove the lower part of the air filter with a soaking-up pipe from the engine. |

Installation

|
1. Establish the lower part of the air filter with a soaking-up pipe.
2. Establish soaking-up pipe at executive body of a butterfly valve and fix.
|
|
Previously grease consolidation of executive body by a thin layer of greasing. |
3. Grease with a thin layer of greasing rubber elements on covers of a head of cylinders. Press the lower part of the air filter into support.
4. Establish hoses.
5. Establish the top facing of the engine and both top parts of the air filter. |

Diesel engines
Removal
|
|
|
1. Remove the top cover of the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
2. Disunite the socket of a measuring instrument of weight of air.
3. Disconnect a hose of absorption of air at the air filter.
4. Disconnect a connecting hose at a damper of pulsations of pressure.
5. Remove the top part of the air filter.
6. Take out filtering element.
7. Remove the lower part of the air filter, thus pay attention to the provision of washers from the engine. |

Installation
Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal. |
