Removal and installation of a maple belt

Belt of a drive of the compressor. Engine 111

1 — the Tension roller
2 — the Cranked shaft
3 — the Rejecting roller 		4 — the Compressor
5 — the Generator

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the fan or the air filter depending on engine model.
2. Weaken maple a belt. For this purpose establish an external key of Torx of 10 mm and reject the tension lever with a tension roller counter-clockwise.

 Do not reject the lever for a nut of fastening of a tension roller.

3. Remove maple a belt.
4. Check a belt, address to Head Routine maintenance.


Installation

1 — the Holder
2 — the Tension lever 		3 — the Tension roller
4 — External Torx of 10 mm

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put on maple a belt, since a tension roller. Further put on a belt in sequence of figures.
2. Slowly turn a tension roller clockwise, thus watch the provision of a belt on pulleys.
3. The item mark (In), visible from the bottom party of the engine, should be in a range (And). If the label is in other place - there does not correspond set length of a belt or the natyazhitel of a belt is incorrectly established.
4. Establish a cover of the fan or the air filter depending on engine model.


Main driving belt

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a compressor belt.
2. Weaken and remove maple a belt also as a compressor belt.


Installation

1 — the Tension roller
2 — the Cranked shaft
3 — the Compressor of the refrigerator of the conditioner 		5 — the Pump of the power steering or the dual pump
6 — the Pump of cooling liquid

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put on maple a belt according to sequence of figures illustrations and pull also as a compressor belt.
2. Put on a compressor belt.
