Removal and installation of the electric motor of a cleaner of a windscreen

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl.
2. Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Previously it is necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.

Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of a radio receiver if that is available, address to the Section Replacement of the storage battery.

3. Remove levers, address to appropriate section.
4. Remove the water collection, address to the Section Removal and catchment basin installation.
5. Unclench brackets and uncover the block of safety locks in an impellent compartment.
6. Disunite the socket of the electric motor of a screen wiper and disconnect an electric wire in the block of safety locks.
7. Disunite a cable connector of an electric wire at drafts of a cleaner.

8. Turn out a bolt (1) at a partition.

9. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening (2) and take out a screen wiper from an impellent compartment.
10. Remove the holder of the collection of water.

11. Disconnect the left and right bars (1) from the spherical lever (2).

Nut (3) on an axis of a cleaner do not turn on.

12. Turn out 3 bolts of fastening (4) and disconnect the electric motor of a cleaner (5) from drafts.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before installation check, whether there is a screen wiper electric motor in extreme situation. For this purpose quickly join the socket and attach a cable of weight of the storage battery. Quickly start the electric motor and then stop it the switch so that the electric motor stopped in extreme situation.

1. Connect the electric motor to drafts and fix the moment 13Нм.
2. Connect the spherical lever to the left and right drafts.
3. Establish the holder, having checked correctness of his situation.
4. Establish a screen wiper in an impellent compartment and fix two bolts to a body. Tighten bolts the moment 20Нм.
5. Screw the screw on a partition and tighten it the moment 8Нм.
6. Join the socket of the electric motor of a screen wiper in the block of safety locks and fix electric wires. Fix a wire on draft of a cleaner a connector.
7. Close a cover of the block of safety locks and fix it.
8. Establish the water collection, address to the Section Removal and catchment basin installation.
9. Establish levers, address to appropriate section.
10. Attach a weight cable (-) the storage battery at the switched-off ignition. Establish into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of a radio receiver and establish time on hours.
11. Check adjustment of levers of a screen wiper.
