Removal and installation of the pump of cooling liquid
4-cylinder petrol engine
The pump of cooling liquid is located in front of the block of cylinders and is actuated through klinoremenny transfer.
Removal
|
1. Merge cooling liquid, address to appropriate section. 2. Remove the air filter, address to the Section Removal and installation of the air filter. 3. Engine 111.955: remove the holder of the air filter. 4. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the pump of cooling liquid. Thus hold a pulley from a provorachivaniye, having clamped maple a belt. 5. Remove maple a belt, address to the Section Removal and installation of a maple belt. 6. Disconnect and remove a pump pulley. 7. Remove hoses from the pump. Previously weaken collars and shift back. 8. Remove the pump from the block of cylinders.

9. Clear interfaced surfaces. |

Installation
|
1. Establish into place the pump with new laying and fix it bolts. 2. Further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal. Fix a pulley the moment 10Нм. 3. Fill system of cooling with liquid and remove from system air, address to appropriate section. |

Remove the tension device of a maple belt with the shock-absorber.
Diesel engines

1. Wring out a screw-driver a cover of the central bolt of fastening of a rejecting roller of a maple belt. Disconnect rejecting roller.

2. Remove a fuel hose from the shutdown valve, address also to the Section Replacement of the fuel filter. 3. Disconnect the pump of cooling liquid.

The pump is fixed by bolts of various length therefore at removal it is necessary to mark the provision of bolts by a marker. |
