Removal and radiator installation

Radiator and fan

1 — the Finger, a fastening element, in front in the center
2 — the Rubber support top
3 — the Cover, a fastening element, in front in the center
4 — the Air line top
5 — the Rivet, a fastening element, in front in the center
6 — the Holder of a wire
7 — the Air line bottom

Models with RKPP

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the electrofan, address to appropriate section.
2. Remove a sound signal, address to the Section Removal and installation of a sound signal.
3. Disconnect the hydraulic pipeline of the hydraulic booster at the holder of the lock.
4. Disconnect the holder of the lock at a bumper.
5. Open 3 clips from above at the holder of the lock.
6. Disunite the socket at the right lock of a cowl.
7. Cut and remove a cable connector at the holder of the lock.

 Mark the provision of installation by a felt-tip pen.

8. Disconnect a cowl drive.
9. Remove the holder of the lock.
10. Merge cooling liquid, address to appropriate section.
11. Remove radiator hoses. For this purpose compress the corresponding bracket a screw-driver so that it was fixed.
12. Wring out brackets at the left and on the right at a radiator. Thus pull the top part of the condenser forward and disconnect it from below.
13. Take out a radiator up.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the condenser into place. Thus watch that radiator pins below sat down in rubber support.
2. Establish the condenser below in holders and fix above lock brackets.
3. Establish a hose with new sealing rings.
4. Further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
