1. Remove the top covers of the engine, address to appropriate section.
2. Remove nozzles, address to the Section Removal and installation of nozzles.
3. Uncover heads of cylinders, address to appropriate section.
4. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT.

5. Fix a camshaft of inlet valves. For this purpose insert a lock finger (1) through a cover of the first bearing of camshafts into an opening in an asterisk of a shaft of inlet valves (2).

6. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain, address to appropriate section.
7. Remove a forward cover, address to appropriate section.
8. Remove top directing slidings, address to appropriate section.
9. Mark a camshaft asterisk in relation to a chain.

If at carrying out the subsequent works the camshaft does not rotate, connect a cable connector an asterisk and a chain.

10. Disconnect an asterisk from a camshaft of final valves and remove it. Thus remember directing pins. Remove an asterisk together with a chain.

11. Engine 611: Remove covers of bearings of camshafts: · Unscrew bolts of fastening of covers Е1, Е3, Е5, and also А1, А3 and А5. Thus pay attention to marking of covers for the subsequent installation. · Weaken bolts of fastening of covers of bearings E2, Е4 and А2, А4 in stages, each time on one turn so that to remove antipressure of a camshaft. Watch that at an otvorachivaniye of bolts camshafts did not warp. Completely turn out bolts and remove covers.

12. Engine 612: Remove covers of bearings of camshafts as follows: · Unscrew bolts of fastening of covers Е1, Е3, Е4, Е6, and also А1, А3, А4 and А6. Thus pay attention to marking of covers for the subsequent installation. · Weaken bolts of fastening of covers of bearings E2, Е5 and А2, А5 in stages, each time on one turn so that to remove antipressure of a camshaft. Watch that at an otvorachivaniye of bolts camshafts did not warp. Completely turn out bolts and remove covers.

13. Take out camshafts of inlet and final valves.

1. Grease a pusher and basic necks of camshafts with pure impellent oil. Check ease of a course of pushers.
2. Establish camshafts of inlet and final valves and expose them on the axial bearing. Thus pay attention to an arrangement of shaft. Marking of shaft is put in a point of contact to the persistent bearing.

3. Establish camshafts so that openings (3) were in asterisks of camshafts against each other and markings of a camshaft and a bearing cover coincided. Camshafts are very sensitive to retension and can collapse. Therefore watch that installation did not lead to any overloads of shaft.

4. Turn a cranked shaft in the opposite direction before position of the piston of the first cylinder 30 ° before VMT.

5. Establish covers of bearings according to their marking. Covers of bearings are dissymetric. Watch that they were not displaced.

6. Engine 611: Fix covers of bearings of camshafts as follows:

· Tighten bolts of fastening of covers Е2, Е4; and А2, А4 in stages, each time on one turn. Tighten covers the moment 9Нм. Watch that at an inhaling of bolts camshafts did not warp.
· Wrap covers of bearings E1, Е2, Е5, and also А1, А3, А5 the moment 9Нм.
7. Engine 612: Fix covers of bearings of camshafts as follows:
· Tighten bolts of fastening of covers Е2, Е5; and А2, А5 in stages, each time on one turn. Tighten covers the moment 9Нм. Watch that at an inhaling of bolts camshafts did not warp.
· Wrap covers of bearings E1, Е3, Е4, Е6 and also А1, А3, А4, А6 the moment 9Нм.
8. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT.
9. Fix a camshaft of inlet valves. For this purpose insert a lock finger through a cover of the first bearing into an opening in an asterisk of a shaft of inlet valves.
10. Establish an asterisk with a chain on a camshaft of inlet valves, thus pay attention to directing pin.
11. Fix an asterisk new bolts the moment 18Нм. If necessary cut off and remove a cable connector.
12. Establish top directing, address to appropriate section.
13. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain with a new sealing ring, address to appropriate section.
17. Establish the top covers of the engine, address to appropriate section.
