Mercedes C-Class

1. Remove the top covers of the engine, address to appropriate section.
2. Disconnect a casing of the air filter from a cover of a head of cylinders.
3. Remove a hose of ventilation of a case.
4. Disconnect the tip of the sensor of the Hall of a camshaft.
5. Disconnect the tip from the shutdown valve with electromanagement.
6. Unscrew screws of fastening and remove the cable channel from a cover of a head of cylinders and take him aside.
7. Remove nozzles, address to the Section Removal and installation of nozzles.
8. Unscrew screws of fastening and uncover heads of cylinders.

1. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders with new sealing laying, without fixing it.

Screws of fastening are tightened only after installation of injectors.

2. Establish nozzles, address to the Section Removal and installation of nozzles.
3. Fix the cable channel to a cover of a head of cylinders.

For installation of the cable channel it is necessary to remove pipelines of injection of fuel again.

4. Join sockets of the valve of shutdown and the Hall sensor on a camshaft.
5. Connect a hose of ventilation of a case.
6. Establish a casing of the air filter.
7. Establish the top covers of the engine, address to appropriate section.
