1. Mark with paint the provision of a forward wheel concerning a nave. It will allow to establish at assembly an otbalansirovanny wheel in its former situation. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel before a car poddomkrachivaniye. Lift a forward part of the car, put it on supports and remove a forward wheel.

2. Unscrew a lock-nut (1) internal steering draft. Thus keep steering draft from a provorachivaniye for a shestigrannik (2).

3. Unscrew a being self-stopped nut (3) spherical hinges of steering draft (4), holding from a provorachivaniye a hinge (5) pin a face key for an internal shestigrannik. Curtail a nut till the end of a carving, it serves as a support for a stripper and protects a carving from damages.
4. Remove the hinge of steering draft by means of a stripper established on a rotary fist. Unscrew a nut.
5. Mark the provision of a tip of steering draft (6) in relation to internal steering draft. For this purpose put with a felt-tip pen strokes on adjacent details.
6. Unscrew a tip from internal draft.

For simplification of the subsequent assembly count and write down number of turns.

7 Screw a tip on internal steering draft according to the written-down number of turns.
8 Expose a tip on internal steering draft according to the put marks and tighten a lock-nut the moment 60Нм. Thus hold a tip for лыски a wrench. At an inhaling watch to braiding a protective cover.
9 Clear a cone on the spherical hinge.
10 Establish the hinge on a rotary fist and fix a being self-stopped nut the moment 55Нм.
11 Establish into place a forward wheel so that the marks put at removal coincided. Previously grease with a thin layer of bearing greasing aligning belt of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of a wheel do not grease. Rusty bolts replace. Wrap bolts. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment 110Нм.
12 Check installation of forward wheels on HUNDRED, if necessary adjust.
