6. Brake of a back wheel: Completely release the parking brake. Unscrew back the adjusting device of a parking drum-type brake. Left wheel: Turn a screw-driver an adjusting gear wheel (1) from top to down.

4. Establish a brake disk on a nave and fix a new being self-stopped bolt. Tighten the lock screw the moment 10Нм.
5. Brake of a back wheel: Adjust the brake mechanism. For this purpose enter a screw-driver through a carving opening of bolts of fastening of a wheel. Right wheel: Turn a screw-driver an adjusting gear wheel (1) from top to down. Left wheel: Turn a screw-driver an adjusting gear wheel from below up. Rotate an adjusting gear wheel until brake shoes will not lie down to a disk and the back wheel will not stop to rotate. After that an adjusting gear wheel slowly turn back so that the wheel could rotate freely. Watch that the gear wheel on right and on the left side of a wheel was unscrewed back on identical number of teeths.
6. Establish into place a support, address to appropriate section.
7. Establish a brake shoe, address to appropriate section.
8. Establish to the place of a wheel so that the marks put at removal coincided. Previously grease with a thin layer of bearing greasing aligning belt of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of wheels do not grease. Rusty bolts replace. Wrap bolts. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment 110Нм.

Check, that the brake hose of a forward brake did not concern a wheel at the maximum angle of rotation of a steering wheel. Several times, strongly press a brake pedal until notable resistance will be felt. Thus brake shoes adjoin to a disk and occupy the working situation.

9. Brake of a back wheel: Several times tighten the parking brake and check its adjustment. If it is necessary, adjust a brake, address to the Section of Check of brake system. Adjustment of the parking brake.
10. New brake shoes carefully earn extra. For this purpose several times brake the car from speed of 80 km/h to speed of 40 km/h, slightly pressing a brake pedal. Between braking let's to a brake be cooled. The first 200 km of movement do not apply needlessly strong braking of the car.
