Removal and installation of a forward support

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Mark with paint the provision of forward wheels concerning naves. It will allow to establish at assembly otbalansirovanny wheels in their former situation. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel before a car poddomkrachivaniye. Lift a forward part of the car, put it on supports and remove forward wheels.

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation familiarize with Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and Introduction towage to the management.


If the support acts in film only for removal of brake shoes or a brake disk, it is not necessary to turn out the brake pipeline from a support. In this case fix a support a wire to a suspension bracket so that the hose was not overwound and was not exposed to stretching.

2. Turn out a brake hose from a support as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of a brake hose.

At a vskryvaniye of a brake contour brake liquid follows. Merge it in a bottle which should be intended only for these purposes. Previously it is possible to suck away liquid from the tank by means of the special device. Observe security measures concerning brake liquid, address to the Section air Removal from brake system.


3. Right brake: Take out the tip of the sensor of wear from the socket (1). Thus do not pull for a cable. Turn out the screw (2) and remove the socket (1) from a support.

4. Remove brake shoes, address to appropriate section.

If the support is established again, it is necessary to watch that the piston did not leave the cylinder.

5. Turn out bolts (4) above and below and remove directing blocks (5) from a rotary fist.

Big moment of an otvorachivaniye! Be convinced that the car is reliably fixed on supports and the wrench is horizontal. The specified bolts can be turned on when the car costs on wheels.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish directing blocks and fix two new being self-stopped bolts the moment 115Нм.

Big moment of an inhaling! Be convinced that the car is reliably fixed on supports and the dinamometrichesky key costs horizontally. Bolts can be tightened finally when the car costs on wheels.

2. Establish brake shoes, address to appropriate section.

Do not allow hit on frictional surfaces of a brake disk and greasing or oil blocks.

3. Right brake: Join the socket of the sensor of wear on a support. Enter the sensor tip into the socket.
4. Establish a brake hose, address to appropriate section.

The brake hose should not be braided.

5. Remove air from brake system, address to appropriate section.
6. Establish into place a forward wheel so that the marks put at removal coincided. Previously grease with a thin layer of bearing greasing aligning belt of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of wheels do not grease. Rusty bolts replace. Wrap bolts.

Check, that at the maximum angle of rotation of a steering wheel the brake hose did not concern a wheel.

7. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment 110Нм.

Several times, strongly press a brake pedal until notable resistance will be felt. Thus brake shoes adjoin to a disk and occupy the working situation.

8. Check liquid level in the tank, if necessary add liquid to MAX mark.

Carry out reliability control:

· Whether brake hoses are fixed?
· Whether the brake hose in the holder is fixed?
· Whether unions for air removal are tightened?
· Whether enough of brake liquid is filled in?
· On the working engine check tightness. For this purpose press a brake pedal effort of 200-300 N (20-30 kg) during 10 pages. The pedal should not weaken. Check all accessions on tightness.
