Removal and installation of a maple belt

1 — the Cranked shaft

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken a tension of a maple belt.
2. Execution 1: Put Torx key on the central screw of a tension roller.
3. Execution 2: Put a wrench on a shestigrannik from above a tension roller.
4. Incline the tension device counter-clockwise and fix a drift or a lock finger in diameter of 5 mm. For this purpose insert a lock finger through an opening in the tension device.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put on maple a belt, since a tension roller. Further put on a belt according to the numbering given on drawing.
2. Turn a tension roller counter-clockwise a little and take out a lock finger. Then slowly turn a tension roller clockwise, watching correctness of provision of a belt on pulleys.
