Removal and installation of a head of cylinders

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the engine or the air filter vertically up covers of heads of cylinders.
2. System of an admission of air to assort it is not allowed.
3. Fix the tension device of a maple belt by means of a drift or a pin in diameter of 5 mm.
4. Turn a cranked shaft in the direction of rotation and stop the piston of the first cylinder in situation 40 ° after VMT. Grooves on camshafts should show the direction inside.
5. For removal of a natyazhitel of a chain cast away the generator. For this purpose turn out the top bolt, and bottom weaken.
6. Fix a chain a cable connector to the right asterisk of a camshaft. Mark the left asterisk of a camshaft in relation to a chain. To a chain on a cranked and balancing shaft it is impossible for Pereskakivaniye.
7. Pay attention to different length of bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of a camshaft. Mark the provision of bolts.

8. Unscrew 4 bolts of fastening (and/b) covers of the case of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye.

9. Turn out bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in sequence of numbering, i.e. with 1 on 8. Torx head is for this purpose necessary. Z1 on Z6 – designation of cylinders with 1 on 6. The arrow specifies the direction of movement of the car.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in sequence with 1 on 8 in four receptions, the efforts specified in Specifications.

If the moment of an inhaling of a bolt was casually exceeded, turn out a bolt. Check length of a bolt and if necessary replace it new. The length of a bolt cannot be more than 144.5 mm. Again tighten a bolt, since reception 1.

2. Fix a head of cylinders four bolts (and/b) to a cover of the case of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye. The arrow specifies in the movement direction.
