Air removal from a coupling drive. Replacement of hydraulic liquid

6-step RKPP

It is necessary to delete air from a hydraulic actuator of coupling, if the pedal of coupling does not come back or comes back with delay, coupling is badly separated or if the hydrosystem was opened.

Security measures

· As the hydrosystem of coupling works with brake liquid, it is necessary to familiarize with materials of Head Brake system.
· Brake liquid is poisonous and damages a paint and varnish covering of the car.

At the process of removal of air described here in system there can be its some volume. A sign of it is the scratching and not complete switching off of coupling. In this case it is necessary to remove air from hydrosystem of coupling immediately on HUNDRED with use of the special device.


Air removal without use of the special device

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check level in the tank of brake liquid, if necessary, add liquid in system, address to Head Routine maintenance.

Do not allow decrease in level of liquid in the tank, all the time add liquid.


Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation familiarize with Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and Introduction towage to the management.

2. Lift and establish the car on supports.
3. Uncover the bottoms.

4. Remove a dustproof cap from the union for air removal (the shooter on the working cylinder). Put on the union a transparent hose.

The accompanying illustration has informative character and not completely corresponds to described model.

5. Carefully provide union rotation. To opening apply a cap key not to damage a shestigrannik of the union.
6. Lower the free end of a hose in capacity with brake liquid so that in the course of air removal it did not get to system.
7. Ask the assistant to about 10 times to press against the stop a pedal of coupling and then to leave a pedal in the squeezed-out situation.
8. In this situation open the union for air removal, thus brake liquid will start to follow. When in following liquid any more there will be no air or if pressure of liquid упадёт, close the union.

Do not allow essential decrease in level of liquid in the tank, all the time add new liquid.

9. Release a pedal of coupling and again press it 10 times. Holding a pedal in this situation, open the union. Repeat this procedure so many time, how many it is necessary in order that in a hose it was not visible bubbles. Thus constantly add in the tank new liquid.

If it is necessary to replace brake liquid completely, delete air until in a hose there will be no new liquid. Its sign is more light color.

10. Close the union on the working cylinder. Remove a hose and put on a dustproof cap.
11. Establish into place a bottom cover.
12. Fill the tank with liquid to MAX mark.
13. Check work of brake system and coupling.


Air removal by means of the device

On HUNDRED air from system of coupling is removed, as a rule, by means of the special device. This device creates pressure of liquid in system. The description only differences from the removal of air described above a way without use of the device below is provided.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attach the device according to the description of his manufacturer to the tank of brake liquid.
2. Remove a dustproof cap from the union of removal of air on the working cylinder of coupling. Put on the union a hose. The end of a hose lower in a bottle for brake liquid.
3. Open the union and hold its opened until air allocation then close the union will stop.

If it is necessary to replace brake liquid completely, delete air until in a hose there will be no new liquid. Its sign is more light color.

4. Put on the union a dustproof cap.
5. Remove the device for air removal.
6. Fill the tank with brake liquid to a mark of MAX and close the tank.
