Air removal from a contour of low pressure of fuel

Engines 611.962 with No. 257722 and 612.962

If the engine stopped owing to complete fuel consumption, it is necessary to remove after the carried-out filling air from a power supply system.

For this purpose, carry out attempts of start of the engine not more long than for 60 seconds everyone, to achievement of its uniform work.

It is possible that after work or power supply system maintenance, it is required to remove air from a contour of low pressure of fuel by means of the vacuum pump and capacity for collecting diesel fuel.

Air removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top covers of the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.

2. Press a lock ring (1) on the gate for air (2) removal in the direction of an arrow and remove a cap (3).

3. Press soaking-up branch pipe of the vacuum pump into the valve for removal of air so that to release it.
4. Attach the pipeline between a soaking-up branch pipe and capacity of the vacuum pump.
5. Attach the pump the vacuum party to capacity.
6. Swing the pump so that fuel flew in capacity of the vacuum pump without bubbles.
7. Press a lock ring on the gate of removal of air in the direction of an arrow and disconnect an inlet branch pipe.
8. Insert a cap into the valve of removal of air so that it was fixed.
9. Establish the top covers of the engine, address to the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.
